Update on April 9th........After seeing the response from the company, they are lying and have done nothing to settle this with us. We have an email on February 3rd that is included as a photo for everyone to see that we informed PPAG that we were trying to recover our depreciation and that we had difficulty getting in touch with them as well as the contractor to settle with the insurance company. We were also recommended to you all by the contractor company that you all gladly gave our money to. The lack of accountability is infuriating. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
I highly advise you all to not work with this company. Our depreciation that is supposed to be paid to the insurance holder was STOLEN by this company and the contractor JARACHO ROOFING. After over a month of trying to receive our certificate of completion so that we could file the appropriate documentation to our insurance company, PPAG, had the insurance company send over the depreciation to them and sent our funds to the contractor and did not provide notice. We called on a daily basis to PPAG and sent emails to recover the necessary documents needed. The entire time we worked with them they sent funds to us or authorized approval to send to vendor so that we could appropriately handle funds. This time around after trying to follow up for over a month, they did not provide notice that our Depreciation was being sent out. We just received a simple email stating our funds had been sent to the vendor. I have NEVER in my entire real estate career seen a Public Adjusting Company do this. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not on your side and clearly had alternative motives. If JARACHO ROOFING is the one to recommend you, do not work with them. Not only is our attic a complete mess from their work and we now cannot get in touch with them. They did not send us the portion of our money that we were supposed to have. Disgusting. Unfortunately, suing would have cost more, but I hope to save someone in the future form this.

Daniel has been such a blessing to our family! Proactive Public Adjusting Group will work hard on your behalf to get you and your home what is needed! He, in particular, was very communicative, he kept his word, returned all calls, and kept us informed every step of the way! Our case was thrown on him at the last minute and he still got us an answer within 3 business days! After a lot of games with Allstate, he was able to get our roof replaced 💯 with our new insurance company and we would recommend him and this company to anyone else who needs more representation when fighting with your insurance company for something that shouldn't be a fight to begin with. Never knew anything about a public adjuster until my contractor recommended their help, my claim was originally denied and once I got Proactive involved it took Paula who was my claim handler less than a month to get my claim fully approved!! I am so great-full to Proactive and my contractor for their help. I don't know how they did it but they did it and I am forever great-full!
