Proactive was started by a family that came to this country and built the company claim by claim. Today the owner is in the office every day, the team is organized by department rather than by lone adjusters with their own book, and every claim has someone from intake, estimating, adjusting and daily follow-up behind it. Most of the team speaks English and Spanish, and so do most of our clients. The tools you work with were built by our own software engineers, so the time goes to the claim, not to the paperwork.

Estimators — Xactimate, roofing and interior scopes, commercial a plus.
Intake and client service — bilingual English/Spanish, phone and text, calm under pressure.
Claims follow-up — organized, persistent, comfortable calling insurance companies every day.
Field inspectors — roofs, drones, photo documentation.
Software engineers — we build our own tools (TypeScript, React, Postgres).
